1. What This Website Is

This privately operated reference site is not affiliated with government. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves files, performs official checks, or files documents for visitors.

Its material identifies Lonoke County record custodians such as the sheriff, criminal courts, Arkansas State Police, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System. Separately operated search tools are also linked on some pages. Official public-record access and state criminal-history release remain governed by Arkansas law, including Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101 et seq. and § 12-12-1501 et seq.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of the site is conditioned on these restrictions. A visitor may not:

• Use the service in violation of federal, state, or local law
• Stalk, threaten, or harass another person with information found here
• Use site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions
• Attempt unauthorized entry into any site system
• Deploy bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Neither site content nor linked results may be used to intimidate, threaten, stalk, harass, or discriminate against a person. Such acts may be crimes. The Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System supports lawful public-safety awareness, not confrontation or vigilantism, and misuse of its information may carry penalties.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A check needed for an FCRA-regulated purpose must come from an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider or an official process authorized through Arkansas State Police.
