Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Names and locations submitted through a search tool pass directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the request and returns the response. We do not create or retain a separate copy of the submitted search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Messages may be kept for the time needed to review and answer them. They are not shared outside our organization unless a valid legal duty requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the servers automatically receive limited technical details about the visit:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device to help measure site use, including popular pages and points where visits end. Analytics providers combine that traffic information into reports. A browser can block cookies, although disabling them may change how some site functions behave.
What We Do With This Data
- Routing a submitted query to the selected search partner
- Operating the site and maintaining reasonable loading performance
- Diagnosing and correcting technical faults
- Measuring which material visitors use
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Criminal-Record Data on File
This site does not compile, maintain, or sell a database of personal criminal-record information. It identifies Lonoke County request routes through the sheriff, court clerks, Arkansas State Police, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System. Official agency access may be governed by the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101 et seq., and criminal-history dissemination by Ark. Code Ann. § 12-12-1501 et seq. This private site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not used to build consumer reports or dossiers about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. A partner's privacy policy, retention period, and sharing rules apply to information entered into its tool. Those practices are outside our control, so review the provider's policy before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff pages, court portals, Arkansas agency sites, legal-aid resources, and commercial search services. Once a visitor follows an outside link, that destination's privacy terms govern the visit. Review them before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may use activity across websites to select targeted advertising. That tracking occurs through the provider's systems.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be disclosed to:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Standard safeguards are used for collected data. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, however, and this site cannot promise that a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A verified request concerning information submitted by a minor will be handled as required by applicable law.
Your Data Rights
Rights may vary with the law where a visitor lives. In Arkansas, consumer matters are governed in part by the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Ark. Code Ann. § 4-88-101 et seq. Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Request access to personal information held about you
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Seek deletion where applicable law provides that right
- Opt out of certain processing when the law permits
